3 Ways to Re-Activate the Love

Love doesn’t die—it dulls when we stop paying attention to it. We grow blind to the quiet ways it still shows up. But you can bring it back to life!

Here are three practices to re-ignite love when it feels like it’s gone missing:

1. See what’s still beautiful.
Think about what you truly love about your partner—beneath the flaws, beyond the frustrations. Write these down. Let them become your daily focus. Where your attention goes, love grows.

2. Look for the invitation.
Love often comes disguised—as struggle, heartbreak, even loss. What challenge are you facing right now in your relationship? What is it asking of you? What does it want you to become? Write this down.

3. Give Her what makes Her feel loved.
What does your partner need to feel deeply loved? Respect? Praise? Encouragement? Few of us stop to ask this. Fewer offer this freely. Write it down—and start giving that, in small, intentional ways, every day.

Love can be renewed. Not by wishing, but by choosing.

With love,
